That… Is terrifying.
Or float? Laying on the shore…tide comes in, crocodile floats away. :/
But that would wash away the imprint. That was definitely made in damp sand, yes, but it was mostly dry whenever that thing moved.
I don’t think the tide coming in would wash away a deep imprint like that. The tide comes in slowly, the water rises slowly. It’s not like big waves are crashing down on the shore or the water is coming in so fast it moves that much sand with it. Plus, you can see the dark deposits that the tide left behind on the left side of the imprint.
I know the tide isn’t necessarily like… Ocean waves all up in this bitch, but tide going out does cause a little more pull on a disturbance of that sort. I can see places where it looks like the tide has touched. But on the right side of the imprint, you can see where the sand was kicked up by the croc’s feet. Little balls of sand that really only happen with just damp sand, not dry or completely wet.
I mean, I’m not saying it can actually fly or teleport, because that would be fucking silly, but damn that is an impressively perfect imprint to leave behind. Mostly, I was just saying that the concept of flying or teleporting crocs is terrifying, because those bastards have big damn mouths with lots of teeth.
For how long they have remained virtually unchanged during all this evolution they would be like, the perfect killing machine if they could fly. omg.
eep (」゜ロ゜)」
But omg imagine if you managed to rope it’s jaws closed and could ride on it. >:D
Nothing in the ‘verse could stop me.
But you know, I’d have to stop screaming and crying for a few minutes.
